This assignment is a very brief, informal proposal you will submit for your classmates to see. You will be able to look at all of your classmates’ proposals to help you choose who to form a 2-4 person team with.

You may have known who you wanted to team with from the beginning. If so, you both/all still need to write separate proposals, but you can indicate that you are on a team together and whether or not you are looking for other team members.

Think back to your previous assignments. You can use the idea you’ve already been working with, or you can tweak it a bit based on feedback you’ve gotten. You can even completely change it if you want.

Assignment Credit Requirements

• [ ] Post your short proposal in the discussion forum in Blackboard. Type or copy/paste the text of your proposal directly into the text submission field. Do not upload an attachment. (Typing in your text directly facilitates faster review.) The post should include all the information below.
• [ ] Your name
• [ ] Your client company or nonprofit name
• [ ] Company description (what the company does, maybe its mission or how many employees you have, etc.)
• [ ] Vision for the website (what you think the website should include or what kinds of user paths you will focus on)
• [ ] What role you imagine having on the team (e.g., manager, writer, WordPress guru, image finder, designer, tester/quality control)
• [ ] Any limitations or preferences for when you can meet and work
• [ ] Your preference among the following: working alone, with a team, or in a pair (or open to anything)
• [ ] OPTIONAL: Wireframes from the prototyping assignment and/or your user profile package
• [ ] OPTIONAL: Names of team members already on board, and if you already have team members, whether or not you are looking for more teammates
• [ ] OPTIONAL: Any questions you have for me (the instructor) or your classmates

Length suggestion: Keep this to the equivalent of about a half-page, probably around 200-300 words. Try not to go over 500 words.
